If you consider having a chocolate wedding cake for your wedding reception dessert, then you should take into account the variety of chocolate available, the flavors and the way chocolate preserves its quality once being used as icing for the cake. If you have your wedding pretty soon, then reach to purchase a chocolate wedding cake that has a flavor many people enjoy. Choosing a flavor that Is not very popular you will end up with too much wedding cake leftover, too much for this one to be hosted inside your house.

There are three basic types of chocolate, each one them coming with its own flavor: dark chocolate, milk chocolate and white chocolate. It is said that you need to know how to feel the taste of chocolate inside your mouth before deciding which one is the best for you. It is known by many of you that dark chocolate is the healthiest as it has the most percentage of cocoa in it, while white chocolate has not a single grain of cocoa, but the name of chocolate comes from cocoa butter and not cocoa solids that makes a chocolate be a real chocolate.
